The Osceola Library System is hosting exciting youth programs in April!

On April 8 and 10am, there will be a Sensory Playdate at SENSES Park in honor of Autism Acceptance Month. Located a short distance from the Buenaventura Lakes Library Branch, SENSES Park is an inclusive playground that’s fun for all children, but caters to children on the autism spectrum or those with sensory integration challenges.

In celebration of National Library Week, all library branches are hosting “Glow Read a Book,” where you can glow your brightest at an immersive black light library appreciation night. This program features games, reading strategies, and luminescent activities that will have your child falling in love with the library over and over again. This program will be featured at:

  • Hart Memorial Central Library: April 8 at 1pm-3pm
  • Veterans Memorial Library – St. Cloud Branch: April 12 at 5pm-7pm
  • Poinciana Library: April 29 at 11am-12:30pm
  • West Osceola Library: April 22 at 10am-11am
