The School District of Osceola County's READ Bus

The Osceola School District's Special Programs Department is bringing their READ Bus, a renovated yellow school bus with an interior that resembles a mini pre-k classroom, to Osceola Library System's branches. The READ Bus is equipped with resources to engage parents and families of pre-school age children and toddlers in activities to develop early literacy skills under the guidance of trained parent liaisons. Public Meeting: Library Advisory Board

The Library Advisory Board is made up of residents, selected by the Osceola County Commissioners, to provide input and insight to members of the Osceola County Library System.  Board members can ask questions, give comments and hear special updates.

The meetings are held once per quarter.  They are rotated and held at one of the Osceola County Libraries and the public is invited to attend.
