Poses are easily modified to meet any needs or limitations people or children may have. Anything you can do to tie fitness to an engaging story in some way is always beneficial. This program is free and beginner-friendly. Participants should wear comfy, stretchy clothes and bring your own mat or towel. Space is limited, please arrive early.
