The Hart Memorial Central Library is the bustling headquarters of the Osceola Library System and houses the Ray Shanks Law Library and a specialized Genealogy Collection.

Deaf Education Series

Join the American Sign Language (ASL) Services, GlobalVRS, and the Communication Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CCDHH) for an educational discussion on a new topic every month. A sign language interpreter will be present.

Homeschool Book Club

Connect literacy to STEAM! Kids of all ages will read the Magic Tree House series and report back to do experiments, activities, and crafts that bring the books to life. 

On September 18, we'll discuss "Mummies in the Morning" and learn about ancient Egypt.

All activities are meant to enhance the reading of the Magic Tree House books while also teaching different concepts and skills. Those who choose not to read the books are still invited to partake in the activities.
