This year’s theme for Osceola Library System’s annual LitMag is unlikely friendships!
Maybe you’ve seen two unlikely animal pals, read stories of celebrity “frenemies” who are actually “besties,” or saw a chance meeting that turned into a special relationship. Use your wonderful imagination or scenes from your own life to tell your tale through stories, poetry, or art.
Submit your original short story, poem and/or artwork to LitMag, on the Library’s submission page on Biblioboard.
All entries will be reviewed by special guests. Published selections will be in print and online, and their authors or artists invited to a reception for a live presentation of their creation!
Submissions will be accepted from Friday, March 1 – Sunday, March 31, and can be up to 1000 words long.
Open to kids and teens ages 8-17.
